I guess I knew the day would come eventually.
I was a weird sixteen year old, admittedly, but I still knew I'd have to wear glasses at some point, and I kind of liked the way they made me feel. Bookish.

I mean, I like glasses, but I think I liked them more when I didn't actually need them. Wearing them is fun... when you're playing dress-up. But once you realize you've had a nausea-inducing headache every day for the past two years, you've gone through about a thousand doses of Excedrin, (hello, allow me to compromise the integrity of my kidneys, shall I?) You can't focus for crap, especially in the mornings. (...not to mention the fact that every single person in your family has glasses. All of them...) It's time to face the music.
Ali? You need glasses.
