God bless the daylight, the sugary smell of springtime.
Today it was 60° out and sunny, so I washed our big quilt, just like I said I would, and put it out on the line. Ro helped me dig up some loamy soil from underneath the row of tall, old pines and fill a planter which we planted our herb seeds in. We opened all the windows and aired out the house, had mustardy egg salad sandwiches on nutty bread, and spent a good long time just soaking up the warm sun.
